1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ultimate Web Scraper Chrome extension, the Ultimate Web Scraper Cloud Platform, related services, and any content made available by Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing the extension, creating a Cloud Platform account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Ultimate Web Scraper solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the license or subscription plan you purchased. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or otherwise misuse the software.
  • Use the service to scrape websites in violation of their terms of service or applicable laws.
  • Use the service for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our scraping tools complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the websites you scrape.

3. Chrome Extension License

Each Chrome extension license is limited to the number of users, browsers, or devices specified at checkout. License types include:

  • Single License — 1 user, limited to the specified number of active browsers.
  • Extended License — 1 user, multiple active browsers as specified at checkout.
  • Team License — multiple users as specified at checkout, each with their own active browser allocation.

Lifetime licenses grant access to the software for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the commercially viable lifespan of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

4. Cloud Platform Subscription

The Cloud Platform operates on a credit-based subscription model:

  • Credits — credits are consumed each time the platform processes a page during a scraping task. One credit equals one page scraped.
  • Monthly reset — subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Credit top-ups — purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Plan changes — upgrades take effect immediately with access to new plan features and credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to all features and remaining credits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, as the full service capacity is provisioned at the start of each cycle.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due in advance and are non-transferable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Chrome Extension

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Chrome extension licenses. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Cloud Platform

Refund requests for Cloud Platform subscriptions are evaluated within 7 days of purchase:

  • Full refund — if no credits or cloud resources have been consumed.
  • Partial refund — may be issued depending on usage, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund — for credits and services that have already been consumed.

6. Data Ownership and Processing

You own all data that you extract using our services. We process your data on your behalf in order to provide the Cloud Platform services.

Our team may access your data, including scraped data stored in your workspace, for the purpose of customer support and debugging. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Support

Chrome Extension: The level of support available depends on your license type. PRO customers receive access to our support team.

Cloud Platform: All paid subscribers receive access to our support team.

For both products, we make commercially reasonable efforts to investigate bugs and resolve core product issues in a timely manner. We do not provide personalized assistance for individual web scraping tasks. We do not guarantee that any specific issue will be resolved or that response times will meet a particular service level.

8. Intellectual Property

Ultimate Web Scraper, including all related trademarks, logos, and content, is the property of Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC or its licensors. Your license or subscription grants you limited rights to use the software and does not transfer any ownership interest.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the software or Cloud Platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the license or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the software and Cloud Platform immediately ceases.

For Cloud Platform users, termination may include deletion of your account and associated workspace data. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
