1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ultimate Web Scraper Chrome extension, related services, and any content made available by Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the software you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the software on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Ultimate Web Scraper solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the license type you purchased. Each license is limited to the number of users, browsers, or devices specified at checkout. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or otherwise misuse the software.

3. Payments and Refunds

All fees are due in advance and are non-transferable. You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase only if you can demonstrate that the tool did not work for your stated use case. We may ask for reasonable information so we can attempt to reproduce the issue. Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days or without evidence that the tool failed to operate as described will be declined.

4. Support

Active PRO customers receive access to our support team. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to investigate bugs and provide fixes or workarounds, but we do not guarantee that any specific issue will be resolved, that new features will be built, or that response times will meet a particular service level.

5. Intellectual Property

Ultimate Web Scraper, including all related trademarks, logos, and content, is the property of Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC or its licensors. Your license grants you limited rights to use the software and does not transfer any ownership interest.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Panda Tech FZ-LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the software. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the license during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the software if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the software immediately ceases, but the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
