Cloud Platform (Subscription)

Refund requests for Cloud Platform subscriptions are evaluated within 7 days of the subscription start date:

  • Full refund — if no credits or cloud resources have been consumed.
  • Partial refund — may be issued depending on usage, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund — for credits and services that have already been fully consumed.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will generally not be honored, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Credit Top-Up Packs

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If no credits from a top-up pack have been used, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
